AudienceCue

Privacy policy

Privacy terms for comment evidence workflows.

AudienceCue processes account details and public YouTube comment data so users can create exports, reports, and support records. This policy explains how AudienceCue handles customer information for paid and free product use.

Effective: April 30, 2026

Data we collect

We collect account email, authentication identifiers, product usage records, billing references from Creem, support messages, and the public YouTube source data that a signed-in user asks AudienceCue to process.

YouTube comment data

Comment rows may include comment IDs, parent IDs, author display names, public channel references, text, timestamps, likes, reply counts, source URLs, and raw source metadata needed to keep exports traceable.

How we use data

We use data to create jobs, exports, reports, entitlement records, support responses, abuse prevention, billing reconciliation, and product reliability checks.

AI report processing

AI reports summarize the rows selected by the user. Reports are designed to remain tied to source evidence and do not automatically publish replies or take channel actions.

Service providers

AudienceCue may use Supabase for database and authentication, Creem for payment processing, Resend for support and product email, and infrastructure providers for hosting and storage.

Retention and deletion

Users can request deletion of account-associated jobs, exports, and reports. Operational records required for billing, security, or legal compliance may be retained for the necessary period.

Privacy, deletion, access, or correction requests should go through the contact page so the request can be tied to the right account and job evidence.
